Every trade show manager needs a set of these: folding wheels.

My late mother-in-law gave me these back in the late 80s when I first starting producing shows. They have been to just about every show and seen as many cities and convention centers as I have.
It is worth it to carry these (and even pay the over-limit baggage fee) with you to and from the show on your flight. Once you are at the show they can help you with:
- Hauling literature to the booth from the package delivery room at the hotel.
- Helping the tech staff haul computers and equipment between locations (hotel to booth, booth to booth) before and after the show.
- Delivering shirts from the package room to your oom to sort and then on to the show floor or to the pre-show meeting.
- Carrying your own over-stuffed baggage.
Wheels are a great addition to your tool kit.
